Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond

Free antenatal classes that are run by Health Visitors, Midwives & Family Hubs. Staff focusing on all aspects of pregnancy, birth and beyond, in Middlesbrough.

The classes are informal, fun and non judgmental.

There are 4 classes to attend, from around 20 weeks gestation to 36 weeks gestation (1 every 4 weeks).
