On My Mind website aims to empower young people to make informed choices about their mental health and wellbeing.
The Self Care Resource allows young people who are experiencing anxiety or depression to discover self-care strategies which may help them manage their mental health. The resource may be particularly helpful for young people who are waiting for support or whose support may be due to end.
The tool is not a substitute for seeing a mental health professional and has been developed with young people following research into self-care strategies conducted by the Evidence-Based Practice Unit here at the Centre
