Pavilion Nursery
At Pavilion Nursery we offer a warm, caring, friendly, safe and secure environment for two to five-year-olds with additional after-school pick-ups, and holiday provision for up to 8 years old.
All our staff are trained and experienced to deliver the early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework to ensure children are school-ready, and we are all paediatric first aid trained. We work alongside other professionals such as speech and language specialists, health visitors and early years specialist support services. We are very passionate about developing children to their full potential, whatever their needs require.
The Pavilion Nursery is part of Community Ventures a support hub based in the centre of Thorntree, Middlesbrough. We provide a base for voluntary/support organisations who provide training, outreach activities, and wrap around specialist support to the community; in addition to these, we provide grassroots job clubs, art groups, after school clubs, outdoor learning projects and other community-led activities.
Within our larger organisation, we have staff experienced in working with disadvantaged communities, homelessness, addiction, disabilities, SEND, mental-ill health, social isolation, welfare, employment, and offending. We have a strong management team with governance, comms/marketing, and training backgrounds.
