The Grenfell Club

The Grenfell Club started life over forty years ago in a large house in Redcar with about a dozen children attending along with parents and interested people. Members of the Cleveland Society (MENCAP) felt that there was a need for somewhere for their children to have a couple of hours recreation on their own. This at the same time would provide parents and carers with some much needed respite.
The club opens five nights a week offering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Members can enjoy a wide variety of activities including, Arts and Crafts, Healthy Eating, Wii Fit & Singstar, Multi-Sensory Room, Discos, Coffee Bar, Soft Play, Football Training, Quiz's, Walks and a Snooker & Pool Room.
These are just a few activities the Grenfell provides. Check out the full programme by visiting their website.
£1.50 per person for members (non-members £2.00) - Membership costs £12.00 per year. Please call the office on 01642 471747 to arrange a date and time for you to visit.
