Positive Pathways Out of Homelessness

Positive Pathways is our homelessness prevention programme in Middlesbrough, specifically designed to help people with experience of homelessness move forward in life, focusing on developing a broad range of life skills.

We run a drop-in service offering one to one support to people, over 18 years old, around many different issues: homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse, loneliness, isolation and general wellbeing.
