Positive Pathways Out of Homelessness
The Positive Pathways out of homelessness project reaches out to some of the most marginalised people in Middlesbrough.
Our approach is to assess the needs of service users holistically and develop successful ways of encouraging each individual to engage with the relevant specialist services that can improve their all-round wellbeing.
We have a drop in service Monday to Thursday from 13.30 to 14.30 where we offer advice and support, a listening ear, a pathway out of homelessness, a sense of community, facilities to arrange appointments (use phone, information about other services, etc.)
Positive Pathways also offer a range of group activities to promote confidence and build emotional resilience.
