StreetLife
StreetLife is a new engagement Project in Middlesbrough, funded by The Big Lottery to help young people aged 14-19 access employment, education or training. The project offers young people the opportunity to take part in various activities including arts and crafts, football tournaments, money skills training, gain a qualification in peer mentoring, to take part in a youth forum and have their voices heard. Previous youth forums organised a music event in the Town Hall crypt for young people who wanted to perform on the day.
The Project is good for those who need advice and support, or for those who want to learn new skills, get involved in activities, have their voices heard, volunteer and take part in the youth forums.
We also work with young mums.
