The Junction - Young Carers and Youth Services

The Junction is a local charity based in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland and constituted to work with children, young people and their families up to the age of 25 across the Tees Valley. We exist to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families from the local community by empowering them to reach their potential through holistic person centred support .

Our Vision is a world where no child, young person or family is left to struggle. We want a world where there is always someone to talk to.

Our Mission is to empower children, young people and families to embrace life with confidence, facing life's challenges in a positive way.

We support some of the most vulnerable children, young people and families in our communities and we are determined to offer a whole organisation approach to meeting their needs, which centres on building resilience and overcoming barriers to unlocking their true potential. Our services are provided in the community, within schools, young people’s homes and from various hubs within our communities.
