- At Rosedene Hemlington our setting has always been inclusive and the staff have been trained around a lot of special needs and disabilities. The environment is adapted to cater for children and parent/carers with additional needs. We have a designated SENCO and work in partnership with the Cleveland unit, Speech and language team and also the Inclusion team.
