A gentle exercise which strengthens muscles through slow controlled movement. It calms the mind and body through a sequence of mindful movements attuned to the breath. The session combines simple, accessible forms of Tai Chi with Qigong.

These complementary exercises have long been practised in China and Southern Asia for health. The benefits are becoming more recognised in the West as it is recognised that people of all ages and levels of fitness can participate. Most people comment on how they feel relaxed yet energised after a session.
