Healthwatch Middlesbrough

We are the independent champion for people using health and social care services.  We listen to local people to find out what works well and what needs improving.  The information we collect from people like you helps us to priorities our work areas for better services, now and in the future.

#JustAsk is our free and confidential Information & Signposting service for anyone living in Redcar & Cleveland or Middlesbrough.  We can help you find the most appropriate health and care services or tell you what to do if you are not getting the service you need.

Get Involved – Become Community Champion Now needed more than ever, we are building and strengthening our networks and links with local communities.  Whether you are looking for a volunteering role or simply wanting to find a way to feed in views from family, friends and/or people in your community, it is easy to get involved and can be tailored to what you want to do.

Get in Touch, Stay in Touch - Our team has sustained a fully functional service during the Covid-19 pandemic.  We are finding new and safe ways to provide you with up to date, trustworthy information and making sure the public voice continues to impact on local services.  Feel free to connect with us in any way that suits you:
