Alliance offers a range of evidence based interventions to help people improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing.  These difficulties could include; depression, anxiety, panic, stress, post traumatic stress, relationship difficulties, anger and low confidence/self-esteem OCD, Eating Disorders, Trauma and Abuse.  

We have a number of dedicated services offering particular work with young people and students (16-25) and Older People (over 65's).  A GP referral is not necessary and anyone aged 16 and over can refer themselves on our dedicated freephone number 0800 230 0688.  Appointments can be offered within central Middlesbrough or at your GP surgery.  Alternatively you can be seen in one of our locations across Teesside if this is more convenient for you

We also offer a Workplace Wellbeing Service, commissioned by Middlesbrough Council and Teesside University, to support employees.  Please contact us direct on 08001075 880 / to learn more.
