Askham Bryan College (Middlesbrough Campus)

The Middlesbrough Centre is based at Stewart Park located in the heart of Middlesbrough’s premier park.
Following a successful Heritage Lottery Fund grant, the Grade II listed Central Lodge will be transformed into a state of the art Animal Management and Land-based teaching facility from September 2017. The creation of lecture rooms, a science lab, a learning resource centre, animal handling areas and workshops mean our students will be given the best possible start to their careers in their chosen field. The Centre and its educational hub will host a range of events throughout the year, and students will have access to the wider park which comprises 120 acres of parkland, including mature woodland, an arboretum on the southern side and two lakes which provide habitat for a variety of species.
The campus offers a full range of courses that can either be full time, part time or Apprenticeships, and from Entry Level to Level 3 in the following programmes of study:
• Animal Management
• Equine
• Land and Plant
• Countryside and Horticulture
