Run by successful autistic adults, for all autistic children, young people and adults -
We provide flexible, ongoing support, using various exercises and activities to overcome anxiety and sensory challenges.

Founded by an autistic young woman who learned to overcome significant anxiety, we are here to help children and young people through a whole range of issues that we know from the inside. From toilet anxiety and sensory hypersensitivities, through to going out in public and engaging with other people, we will help you navigate your world every step of the way.

We put the autistic child/young person at the centre of all our work, carefully and gradually building confidence and breaking down barriers. We use various tools to help children with this – including but not limited to dance exercises, drama games, role play and sensory/physiotherapy equipment.

We recognise the important role that parents, carers and other professionals play in helping children and young people to blossom – which is why we work very closely with them, providing tailored support and training from the outset, and maintaining close communication throughout the programme.
This programme was developed to inspire and empower autistic children and young people, to build their confidence and transform their lives.

This programme aims to help those families and children who are struggling in areas such as bathing, bedtime, dressing, eating and various other areas.

Being developed by an individual who has autism herself, means that the programme centres around anxieties and issues which really matter in a child with autism's life.
