Ante Natal Yoga

Ante Natal Yoga can help you prepare for and meet the challenges of birth and motherhood. No prior Yoga experience is required.

Linking yoga postures with body and spirit and also the spirit of your baby. The sessions will be conducted in a calm, peaceful environment. It strengthens the uterus, pelvic muscles, improves circulation, aids digestion, exercises the spine and increases overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
