Prospective childminder advisory is a 2 hour session. The advisory session provides information advice and guidance to enable residents of Middlesbrough to make an informed choice on whether they want to proceed onto the training to become a registered Middlesbrough childminder.
Once a decision is made by individuals choosing to become a registered childminder, you will progress onto the childminder training course, there is a potential charge for training. The training course runs for up to 15 weeks requiring attendance at one 2½ hour evening training session per week.
On completion the course enables individuals to have sufficient knowledge to apply to OfSTED to become a registered childminder.
